How BAM Marketing Congress unified its event experience with one platform
One of Belgium's largest marketing events ran on a patchwork of disconnected tools. Here is how Let's Get Digital brought it together on one platform.

The challenge: one event, too many disconnected tools
BAM Marketing Congress operates in the marketing events sector and gathers a large community of professionals each year. As the event grew, so did the strain on the technology behind it.
The conference ran on several separate tools, including Stova, Swapcard and Conversation Starter. Each did its own job, but they did not talk to each other. That created friction for organisers and participants alike. Networking was hard to facilitate, the agenda was complex to navigate, and exhibitors lacked the means to capture leads.
The fragmentation also cost time. Organisers juggled multiple systems at once, which added manual work and made a smooth experience harder to deliver. Attendees struggled to find relevant peers, exhibitors generated fewer leads than hoped, and the event lost value for sponsors and partners.
With limited time before the next edition and a budget tied to ticket sales and sponsor revenue, the goal was clear: one integrated platform that simplifies event management and lifts networking, agenda visibility and sponsor value.
The solution: one centralised event app
BAM Marketing Congress implemented the Let's Get Digital Event App – Advanced. The platform replaced the fragmented toolset with a single centralised solution, so the organisers could simplify operations and offer participants a richer digital experience.
The app brought features built for large conferences. Matchmaking and networking tools let attendees find and connect with relevant peers, schedule meetings and message each other directly in the platform. The agenda became clearer too, with colour-coded tracks and personalised session favourites that let participants build their own schedule at a glance.
Sponsors and exhibitors gained visibility and new ways to engage. In-app advertising and integrated lead scanning let them capture and manage leads more effectively. With everything in one platform, the organising team cut operational complexity while everyone got a more connected event.
The result: less admin, more connection
The app clearly improved the conference experience. Participants navigated the programme more easily and connected through the built-in networking features. Sponsors and exhibitors gained better tools for visibility and lead generation.
For the organising team, the biggest win was operational efficiency. Running the event through one platform instead of several disconnected tools reduced manual work and simplified workflows, so the team could focus on the event itself.

Talks favourited across 70 sessions
The platform raised the event's value for every stakeholder: better networking for attendees, stronger lead generation for exhibitors, and a more efficient way to run a large, complex conference for the organisers. The project also proved a wider point. For large-scale conferences, combining networking with a clearly structured agenda in one platform is what delivers both efficiency and a better experience.
