Payments are processed directly and securely. You can choose which payment methods to offer per event, from global options such as credit cards and Apple Pay to local methods such as Wero (formerly iDEAL) and Bancontact. Buy Now Pay Later via Klarna is also available, giving attendees more flexibility and reducing drop-off at checkout.
Choose immediate payment or invoicing
Since every event is unique, B2B ticketing requires a tailored approach. Attendees can choose between purchasing a ticket directly via Stripe or payment on invoice. For invoice payments, specific company details, such as a VAT number, can be made mandatory. Payment terms and custom reference fields are fully configurable, ideal for capturing mandatory PO numbers or other required information for your attendees' procurement department.
Manage service fees, discounts, and VAT rates
Different ticket types often come with different VAT rates, and add-ons may need a separate rate altogether. You can configure this per event, along with how service fees are handled. Promotional codes for early registrations are also available, both as a percentage and as a fixed amount.
